And we’re FINISHED! This marks the second year of the Non Toxic Revolution on the Vans Warped Tour! We had an amazing – and as always, HOT – summer out on the road! We want to thank all of you that came out for a chat at the NTR booth. It’s because of all of you that we are able to do what we do best! Educate about nasty toxins!
You are what you eat!
Probably the best part about this year was seeing some of the same faces from last years Warped Tour come to ask what new information we had for them. It really showed that young people do care about taking their health into their own hands and do want to be their own advocates. That makes all of us here at Keep A Breast and NTR smile and feel like proud parents…no, but seriously, it’s awesome!
NTR would also like to thank all of our awesome team members and partners out on the road! We couldn’t have asked for a better crew from KAB than Andria, Christina, Kayla, and Brian! Thank you to Klean Kanteen for helping us educate about why Plastic Sucks! and for providing easy alternatives to those at the show! With the help of Klean Kanteen, Pierce the Veil, and Mayday Parade we were able to get 300 people to pledge to use less plastic! Also, a huge shout out to Renee and Mike from Eco Initiative who helped keep our footprint out on the road to a minimum! We were able to organize some amazing after show clean ups with them, and in the end, Eco Initiative recycled more than 35,000 pounds of recyclables! WOOT!
Mayday Parade helped get their fans to sign the Plastic Sucks! pledge to use less plastic and did a signing at the NTR booth!
Again, thank you so much to everyone who came out to this years Warped Tour! We look forward to seeing you all again next year! See you on the road!
