The opening night of the Non Toxic Revolution exhibition at Strychnin gallery was a great success and a wonderful time was had by grown-ups, children, and dogs alike! At one point I wasn’t sure who was having more fun the toddlers or the dogs and despite the rain the attendance was fantastic.
Shaney (Founder and Global CEO) and myself, Casey (NTR Program Director) started the evening with fielding questions from multiple interviewers from various publications and news agencies around Berlin.
The main gallery was hung with iconic NTR photography by Patrick O’Dell, prints and printed work by Shepard Fairey and Studio Number One, and limited-edition prints created by six local Berlin artists including Seymour, PISA73, Luisa Catucci, Christian Rothenhagen, Mimi S., and Harry Brack.
The rear gallery we had turned into a pop-up shop that featured cause-merchandise from both Keep A Breast and the Non Toxic Revolution, hand-made jackets by super seamstress Shaney, and the original limited-edition print set by Shepard Fairey and Studio Number One.
The exhibition will remain open into August and several pieces from Patrick O’Dell and Shepard Fairey remain available as well as sets of each limited-edition series. You can view items from the pop-up shop and presale here.
P.S. We’re looking to create a permanent home for a Keep A Breast Non Toxic Revolution satellite office in Berlin and are seeking sponsors from like-minded organizations i.e. Bionade. If anyone has any ideas let us know!
